Upload raw data for processing
Prior to uploading data you will need to “zip” the files prior to uploading. Enter your user name and password (and directory if you know it). When the FTP site opens click the upload tab. Click on the Browse button to find your files stored on your computer or memory device. Upload one Zipped file at a time and wait until the web page replies with “Upload Complete” before uploading the next file.
Download processed data
Enter your user name and password. You will see a list of files ready to be downloaded. Put a tick in the box corresponding to the file you wish to download. Click download at the top of the screen, then select OK. A new dialogue box will open asking you to save, open or cancel the file download. Click save and browse to a familiar place on your computer. These files are now ready to imported into Viewpoint.
